The book has been divided into three sections:

• Part 1 provides you with a new paradigm for understanding the world and yourself.
• Part 2 highlights ten of the most important principals to illustrate that a great and happy life needs to be aligned with universal principals.
• Part 3 describes practical ways in which these concepts can be reinforced in order to give meaning to life.
